  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast Chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 0.5 cups Mayonnaise Or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Add pepper to taste
  • 4-6 slices Bacon Cooked and chopped
  • 1-2 pieces Jalapeno Seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Optional Additions
  • 1 medium Avocado Chopped
  • 0.25 cups Fresh Herbs Like Cilantro

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the chicken breasts in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Chop into pieces. Finely chop jalapenos.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Gently fold in bacon, jalapenos, and shredded cheddar. Be careful not to over-mix.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
