- Cook the chicken breasts in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until crispy. Chop into pieces. Finely chop jalapenos.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Gently fold in bacon, jalapenos, and shredded cheddar. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Transfer to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
