Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or panini press over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Spread basil pesto on the inside of both slices of your chosen bread.
- Layer slices of turkey and fresh mozzarella on one slice of pesto-spread bread.
- Drizzle olive oil over the outside of both sandwich slices.
- Grill the panini for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
