Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray.

  3. In a larger bowl, combine the soaked breadcrumbs with ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and shape into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until the top is brown.
