Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry 4 to 6 medium Russet potatoes. Poke holes in each potato to prevent explosions while baking.
  3. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil tightly and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 pound of lean ground beef, stirring frequently for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add taco seasoning and water to the browned beef, stir, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove baked potatoes from the oven, allow to cool, then slice open and fluff with a fork.
  7. Fill each potato with the seasoned beef, and top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and green onions.
  8. Plate the filled potatoes warm and serve for a delicious meal.
