- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and chia seeds (if using). Stir until well-blended.
- Fold in plain yogurt until oats are coated completely. Blend well.
- Gradually add almond milk, stirring continuously until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in chopped fresh strawberries and add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Transfer mixture into airtight container, seal well, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- The next morning, stir before serving and top with additional fresh strawberries and granola if desired.
