  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups fresh spinach washed and chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the feta cheese on top.
  3. Add chopped spinach evenly over the cheese and top with another tortilla.
  4. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then carefully flip to cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Serve warm, cut into wedges.
