Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop broccoli, red bell pepper, and zucchini. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
  2. Gather soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes for cooking.
Cooking the Beef
  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned (6-8 minutes). Mix in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Sautéing Veggies
  1. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes, then add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
Assembling Bowls
  1. Scoop rice into bowls, top with ground beef and stir-fried vegetables. Drizzle leftover sauce over bowls.
