- In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the seasoned chicken mixture onto the back of each tortilla.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.
- Place the tortillas chicken-side down in the skillet and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the tortillas and crisp the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the tacos and top with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and bacon bits.
