Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb Salmon Fillet skinless, boneless
  • 3 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
Puff Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry store-bought
  • 1 large Egg for egg wash

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix in Parmesan cheese and dill, let cool.
  3. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle, trim to size.
  4. Lay salmon on pastry, spread spinach filling over it, wrap and seal tightly.
  5. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake on lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
