Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté minced garlic in olive oil, add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix in Parmesan cheese and dill, let cool.
- Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle, trim to size.
- Lay salmon on pastry, spread spinach filling over it, wrap and seal tightly.
- Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake on lined baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
