Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly greased.
- Combine ground beef, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, beaten eggs, bread crumbs, milk, ketchup, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet with 2 inches apart.
- Bake the meatballs for 15 minutes until browned.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
- Remove meatballs from the oven, spoon the sauce over them to coat, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Once done, let meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.
