Step-by-Step Instructions for Holiday Antipasto Cream Cheese
  1. Finely chop the salami, pepperoni, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes, ensuring all pieces are small and uniform.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and freshly chopped parsley. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully fold the prepared salami, pepperoni, olives, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Lay a large sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface and spoon the mixture onto the center. Mold it into a log shape using the wrap.
