Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop bell peppers, carrots, and green onions into bite-sized pieces. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 4-6 minutes. Rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet. In the same skillet, stir-fry bell peppers, carrots, and green onions for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Return chicken to skillet with lo mein noodles. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and add minced garlic. Toss together for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Plate Chicken Lo Mein garnished with extra green onions. Drizzle with more soy sauce if desired.
