Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Spread the breaded chicken breast chunks evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
  3. While the chicken bakes, cut the frozen waffles into 9 equal pieces.
  4. Mix melted salted butter and maple syrup until well combined, then set aside.
  5. Arrange the cooked chicken and waffle pieces on the baking sheet, brushing waffles with the butter-maple mixture.
  6. Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until waffles are golden brown.
  7. Assemble the skewers by threading one piece of chicken followed by a piece of waffle onto each skewer.
