  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt Greek yogurt for a thicker texture
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for grilling

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval-shaped koftas, each about the size of a golf ball, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil.
  4. Carefully place the koftas onto the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine plain yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to make the sauce.
  6. Once cooked, serve the koftas alongside the garlic yogurt sauce.
