Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken use rotisserie or grilled chicken
  • 1 large avocado mashed or sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite dressing
  • 4 large tortillas whole wheat or regular

Method
 

Wrap Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with ranch dressing, mixing until well combined.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a layer of mashed avocado on top.
  3. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato on top of the avocado.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture over the vegetables.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to form wraps.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
