  • 1 Oreo pie crust Oreo Pie Crust Can substitute with graham cracker or chocolate crust.
For the Filling
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) White Chocolate Pudding Mix Use instant pudding that sets without baking.
  • 2 cups 2% Milk Different kinds of cold milk can be used.
  • 2-3 drops Neon Green Gel Food Coloring Regular green food coloring can be used.
For the Topping
  • ½ container Cool-Whip Can substitute with homemade whipped cream.
For Decoration
  • ½ cup Green Sanding Sugar Can swap with crushed green candies.
  • ½ cup Mini Red Heart Sprinkles Use red sugar crystals or smaller heart candies.
  • ½ cup Large Red Heart Sprinkles Optional for finishing touch.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until soft peaks form. Add neon green gel food coloring and blend until the color is even.
  2. Carefully pour the green pudding into the Oreo pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Tap the pie on the counter to eliminate air bubbles.
  3. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to set.
  4. Spread ½ container of Cool-Whip evenly over the green filling, covering the entire surface.
  5. Sprinkle the top with ½ cup of green sanding sugar and mini red heart sprinkles.
  6. Place a large red heart sprinkle in the center of the pie for an adorable accent.
  7. Slice your No Bake Grinch Pie into wedges and serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
