  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
