- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
- Place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
