Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until crispy.
  4. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. After 20 minutes, add broccoli to the potatoes and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  5. In a skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in fresh lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  6. In the skillet, place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Plate your meal with crispy potatoes and roasted broccoli alongside the salmon. Drizzle with lemon butter sauce and garnish.
