Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to foam, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced corned beef to the skillet and cook it covered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  3. Layer the coleslaw mix on top of the sautéed corned beef, cover the skillet again, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Stir the coleslaw with the corned beef, sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top, cover, and cook for another 3–4 minutes until cheese is melted.
