Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, light brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Add milk and melted butter.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  5. Fill each muffin pan cup about three-quarters full with batter.
  6. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, then release the donut holes from the pan.
  8. Toss in a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon while warm to coat.
