  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Generously butter one side of each slice of bread.
  4. On a baking sheet, place two slices of bread, butter-side down. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on top of each slice.
  5. Slice the avocado and layer it over the chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the avocado.
  7. Place the remaining slices of bread on top, butter-side up.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let the sandwich cool for a minute or two before slicing in half.
