Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream over medium-high heat. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to simmer, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Once heated, reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of white chocolate chips, whisking until melted, about 2–3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of red food coloring. Stir well until the color is evenly distributed.
  4. Ladle into mugs, stopping an inch from the top. Top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows, and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
