- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream over medium-high heat. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to simmer, about 5–7 minutes.
- Once heated, reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 1 cup of white chocolate chips, whisking until melted, about 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of red food coloring. Stir well until the color is evenly distributed.
- Ladle into mugs, stopping an inch from the top. Top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows, and sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
