Basic Steps
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a 9” x 13” pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
- Add in all wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture and dollop it over the cake batter.
- Swirl the cream cheese into the batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until mostly set, with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool completely in the pan before serving.
