- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup until a uniform dough is formed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough, place on the baking sheet spaced two inches apart, and flatten each ball slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until set around the edges yet soft in the center.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
