- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar until smooth and well-combined.
- Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter to melt, coating the bottom of the pan evenly.
- Dip each slice of Hawaiian roll into the egg custard mixture for about 2-3 seconds on each side.
- Add the dipped Hawaiian rolls to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook on the other side.
