Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cook thick-cut bacon in skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Assemble the bites with bottom half of egg, adding lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Drizzle mustard and add a dollop of mayonnaise on top.
  5. Place the top half of egg back on, secure with a toothpick, and season with salt and pepper.
