Method
 

Salad Preparation
  1. Prepare the grill by preheating to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Slice nectarines into wedges and grill cut side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender.
  3. Whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, lemon zest, fresh herbs, and olive oil to make the vinaigrette. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, toss together mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, diced heirloom tomatoes, and pitted fresh cherries. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
  5. Add grilled nectarines to the salad and gently tear burrata cheese over the top. Scatter slices of prosciutto and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately with grilled baguette on the side for added crunch.
