- In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried parsley. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread evenly.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet and evenly distribute 1 cup of shredded cheese across each slice. Top with remaining slices butter-side up.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
