Steps to Prepare

- Mix melted chocolate with dissolved gelatin and desired food coloring until homogenous.
- Pour the prepared mirror glaze over the cooled cake, allowing it to flow to the edges.
- Let the glaze set for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
