  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract high-quality extract recommended
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melt in the baking dish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Place a 9×13-inch baking dish in the oven to heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Remove the hot baking dish and add unsalted butter, swirling to coat.
  4. Pour the batter into the center of the melted butter in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 13-17 minutes until the edges rise and turn golden.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve immediately with desired toppings.
