- Slice each croissant in half horizontally to create pockets for filling.
- Mix mayonnaise and stoneground mustard in a bowl; spread it on each cut side of the croissant.
- On the bottom half, place slices of deli ham, then add muenster cheese on top.
- Close the croissants with the tops, press gently, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted, watching carefully.
