  • 8 oz Deli Ham Thinly sliced black forest ham
  • 8 oz Muenster Cheese Substitute with Havarti, Cheddar, or Swiss if desired
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise Use flavored mayo for extra zing
  • 2 Tbsp Stoneground Mustard Adjust amount to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Chives Can be replaced with green onions

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally to create pockets for filling.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and stoneground mustard in a bowl; spread it on each cut side of the croissant.
  4. On the bottom half, place slices of deli ham, then add muenster cheese on top.
  5. Close the croissants with the tops, press gently, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and cheese is melted, watching carefully.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm, alongside a light salad if desired.
