- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add protein pasta and cook until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, dill, ranch seasoning, avocado oil, pickle juice and salt in a mason jar or bowl, and mix until creamy.
- In a mixing bowl, add cooled pasta, drained tuna, minced garlic, sliced scallions, and diced cucumber, mixing gently.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently stir to combine without breaking up the tuna too much.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
