- Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a medium pot over high heat.
- Remove from heat, and add the black tea bags, rosemary sprigs, orange zest, and thinly sliced ginger.
- Once steeped, remove tea bags and stir in desired amount of sugar while the tea is warm.
- Strain the tea into a large pitcher to remove solids, then mix in freshly squeezed orange juice.
- Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over them.
