  • 2-3 tbsp Sugar to taste, adjust as needed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a medium pot over high heat.
  2. Remove from heat, and add the black tea bags, rosemary sprigs, orange zest, and thinly sliced ginger.
  3. Once steeped, remove tea bags and stir in desired amount of sugar while the tea is warm.
  4. Strain the tea into a large pitcher to remove solids, then mix in freshly squeezed orange juice.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  6. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over them.
