- In a large mixing bowl, combine room temperature mascarpone and sifted powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Gently fold into mascarpone mixture.
- In a shallow dish, mix orange juice and half of the orange liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger quickly, making sure to not soak them.
- Lay dipped ladyfingers in a rectangular dish to form the first layer. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over them.
- Add half of the strawberry preserves and a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, remaining mascarpone mixture, remaining strawberry preserves, and final layer of strawberries.
- Drizzle remaining orange liqueur over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
