Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hull and slice them, then mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to macerate.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2-4 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Layer the macerated strawberries in glasses, add ice cubes, and gently pour 1 cup of club soda or sparkling water into each glass.
  4. Dollop whipped cream over the drink in each glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
