For the Lemonade
  • 4-6 lemons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Approximately 1 cup needed
  • ½-1 cup Granulated Sugar (or Honey) Adjust to taste
  • 4 cups Water (or Sparkling Water) Sparkling adds fizz

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash 1 cup of fresh raspberries and slice 2 peaches, discarding the pit.
  2. Blend the raspberries and peaches until smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve if desired.
  3. Combine the fruit puree with the juice of 4-6 lemons and mix in ½ to 1 cup of sugar or honey until dissolved.
  4. Add 4 cups of cold water, stirring to combine, and taste to adjust sweetness.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then serve over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
