  • 1 medium Cucumber or radishes
  • 2 stalks Green Onions or chives/finely chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds optional

Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Korean Ground Beef
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and no pink remains.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, brown sugar, minced garlic, and fresh ginger into the browned beef. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mixture bubbles and thickens.
  3. While the beef cooks, slice the cucumber thinly and toss it with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
