  • 1 Cucumber Chopped
  • 1 Celery Chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 12 ounces Canned Tuna Drained and flaked
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lemon Juice Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water.
