Step-by-Step Instructions for Peanut Butter Oat Cups
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/3 cup of maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
  2. Introduce 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats into the peanut butter mixture and fold until uniformly combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each silicon mold and press down firmly.
  4. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of neutral oil in microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Refrigerate the cups for about 20 minutes. Add dollops of peanut butter on top.
  6. Drizzle melted chocolate over each cup and refrigerate for another 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from molds and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired before serving.
