  • 1/2 cup Black Olives Sliced
  • 1 cup Salami Cubed
For the Cheeses
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Cubed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
For the Dressing

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with diced green and red bell peppers, red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, and cubed salami.
  3. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the mixture and fold gently.
  4. Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad, toss to coat. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
