  2. Prepare Strawberry Puree: Wash and hull strawberries, blend until smooth, then strain through a sieve.
  3. Sweeten and Reduce: In the saucepan with puree, add sugar and lemon juice, boil, then simmer for 7-8 minutes until thick.
  4. Combine and Serve: Mix cooled green tea with strawberry puree, serve over ice, and garnish if desired.
