  1. Gather your ingredients, ensuring 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs are ready. Combine in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning to the mixture. Blend briefly until all seasonings are incorporated.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into your desired shape, aiming for a thickness of about ½ inch.
