- Gather your ingredients, ensuring 1 cup of cottage cheese and 2 large eggs are ready. Combine in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add ¾ teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning to the mixture. Blend briefly until all seasonings are incorporated.
