  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggnog, and vanilla extract until smooth.
