  2. In your food processor, combine pitted medjool dates, almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, baking powder, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth and thick, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Lightly grease your baking dish with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly across the bottom with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but still moist. Look for slight pulling away from the edges and a soft middle.
