Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mashed potato mixture into each cup, pressing to form wells.
  5. Cook the Irish sausages in a skillet until well-browned, about 10–15 minutes, then slice.
  6. Place a piece of sausage in each potato cup.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden and crispy.
