Preparation Steps
- Cut the salmon filet into 1-inch pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- Set up a breading station with bowls of flour, egg and mustard, and panko breadcrumbs seasoned with spices.
- Dredge each salmon piece in flour, dip in egg mixture, then press into panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and oil.
- Arrange the coated salmon bites on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip each bite, switch the oven to broil, and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden.
