Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly under cold water, then halve each potato. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, drain, and pat dry.
  2. Toss the potato halves with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned potato halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes, then shake the basket and continue cooking for an additional 8-12 minutes.
