Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, almond flour, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture holds together.
  3. Spoon portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening each portion to about half an inch thick and spaced apart.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are golden brown and tops are dry to the touch.
  5. Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a serving plate.
