- Cut the pressed tofu into 18 wing-shaped pieces.
- Set up three bowls: one with cornstarch, one with plant milk, and one with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Dip tofu in cornstarch, then in plant milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Melt vegan butter in a saucepan, mix with hot sauce, garlic, and salt to make the buffalo sauce.
- Toss baked tofu wings in buffalo sauce and serve with fresh parsley and dressing.
