- Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then plunge them into ice water to stop cooking.
- Peel the eggs and set aside.
- Divide the sausage meat into equal portions; flatten each and wrap around an egg.
- Dust each wrapped egg in flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and cook the eggs for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
